1. Acceptance

By registering an account at MaximalBet (maximal-bet.com) you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our safer gambling rules. If you do not accept any part of them, do not register.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally allowed to gamble where you live, and not on any self-exclusion register that covers maximal-bet.com.

3. One Account Rule

One natural person, one household, one IP and one payment instrument may hold only one MaximalBet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and bonus winnings forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

MaximalBet deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for cards and bank wires, within 60 minutes for ewallets and crypto. Minimum deposit £10. Minimum withdrawal £20 or crypto equivalent. MaximalBet may request KYC documents at any time and will hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

5. Bonuses

Each MaximalBet promotion has its own T&Cs linked from the offer. General rules: wagering applies to bonus amount, expiry stated per offer, max bet while a bonus is active is £5. Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, low-risk strategies, opposite betting) voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6. Account Closure

You can close your MaximalBet account at any time from the account page. We may close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud or that have been dormant for 24 months.

7. Licence

MaximalBet operates under an international gaming licence. The licence terms govern this site and override any conflicting provision in these terms.
